Lolita, a rebranding towards a more modern and cosmopolitan recipe without forgetting its origin.
There are names that are capable of evoking memories, places, traditions and flavors passed down from generation to generation, and Lolita is one of them. We are very proud of our roots and our classic recipes, but we also have the feeling that we have to stay awake, evolve and reinvent ourselves a little bit every day.
From this arose the need to propose a rebranding for the brand that would surprise without losing the essence of Lolita.
What is the point of rebranding?
The frontiers of taste have blurred globally, cultures are converging and flavors are increasingly fusing and reaching further and further. This is where Lolita felt it wanted to be an experience in itself, to show how it seeks to live life, to highlight that it is a backbone in the moments it shares and to consolidate itself as a brand capable of being a bridge between the past and the present.
In our case, rebranding does not mean forgetting, on the contrary, it is synonymous with emphasizing. We continue to embrace traditional recipes with dedication, as they are part of our identity and have made us an icon over the years, we respect and love our history but also recognize our need to adapt and grow. We also want to tell that we have a lot of energy, that our brand is activated when it is shared and creates memories in every appetizer and that it is perfectly capable of reaching any table that sets its mind to it.
We have not only made a change of image, we have better defined the name of the crunch that you like so much.
