We’ve gone too #crunchy

At Lolita, we had to put the snacks on the table to face a communication challenge we encountered at the beginning of the year; the censorship of the word Lolita by Meta in their search engines, due to their content policies. However, we transformed the situation into an opportunity to highlight the value of our history and reaffirm the quality of our products through an extra-crisp campaign.

Censorship arose due to the association of our name with other contexts, limiting our visibility in social networks. Our response? Bring a creative approach to the situation to highlight that our snacks have been censored because they are extremely good; so much so that they defy internet search rules!

In addition, to ensure that our customers and followers could easily find us and enjoy our rich history, we changed our social media user to @recetaoriginal1935. This new name not only evades censorship, but also highlights our legacy from the year of the brand’s founding, emphasizing the authenticity and quality that have characterized Lolita since its inception.

Through this creative and resilient approach, we not only perpetuate our presence in the digital marketplace, but also reinforce the loyalty of our community, which appreciates both the quality of our products and our ability to adapt and respond to challenges.

Don’t miss the crunchiest snacks!
